How did they continue to build themselves and/or make themselves better. Sure they dropped nuclear bombs (check), but how did the robot army come about. No ever goes into detail about how the robots managed to take over the world. I wish they would have done the same with the Terminator series. No military? How about access to the other half of the world? The North/South american continents are surrounded by water, and these apes are still riding horses or running on foot so its inconceivable to assume that they crossed continents.Īlso how about technology? It's hard to just believe that a bunch of apes even with their improved knowledge could wipe out mankind in the world where what we have left seems to be a few stragglers. But now we seem to be in a future were most humans are dead? First they populated the forest of San Francisco. I really hope they have a good explanation of how the apes are able to take out half of humanity. 20th Century Fox has Dawn of the Planet of the Apes scheduled for a 3D release on July 11th this summer. In all truth, I am exceptionally excited for this, one of the summer's highlights for sure. On the human side of things, Jason Clarke, Toby Kebbell, Keri Russell and Gary Oldman make up the main cast. There are so many amazing, chill-inducing shots in this trailer alone showing Caesar speaking, challenging the humans, and growing his own army. We've been waiting for this trailer for a while, and this one finally goes all out with the story and setup, and it looks incredible. "You can't blame the Apes…" Fox has debuted the second, and likely last, full theatrical trailer for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, the next sequel in the rebooted Planet of the Apes franchise.
